We have over twenty five years of personal injury experience including working for the insurance company and for injured people. Our office has been serving clients for eighteen years reflecting quality in representation and success for the individuals we represent.

As a temporary settlement conference judge in three counties, and as a judicially appointed arbitrator, Jack Vetter have been consulted for opinions and assistance in resolving disputes in hundreds of cases over the last fifteen years.

Unlike many offices, we try our own cases here. That means you will not get a different attorney coming in at the last minute to try to learn your case and get to know you just before trial. It also means you get an experienced attorney handling your motions and depositions from the beginning to the end. Some of the cases we handle include the following:

Automobile Collision

Unfortunately, at some time in our lives, most of us will experience an automobile collision. When you are in a car accident, even if you are not injured, there are certain things that you should and should not do.

Wrongful Death

A death caused by a negligent, careless, intentional or reckless act of another person or corporation is considered a wrongful death. In most states, if the death of a relative or spouse was caused by the wrongful act of another, surviving family members can file a wrongful death lawsuit against the negligent party or parties. In order to file A Wrongful Death claim gives you the opportunity to show the severe emotional and financial hardship caused by the loss of your loved one.

Slip & Falls

A slip and fall is the term used for an injury that occurs when someone slips, trips or falls as a result of a dangerous or hazardous condition on someone else's property. If a slip and fall occurs on someone's property and is a result of a hazardous condition, then the owner of the property could be liable for the sustained injuries. Slip and falls include injury as a result of ice, snow or water. Slip and falls can also occur with changes in flooring, dark lighting, or an unseen hazard, such as a hole in the ground.

Wrongful Termination

State and Federal law protects employees from harassment or discrimination based on a number of protected classes such as gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, and others. Employees are also protected from retaliation for helping other people who have been mistreated this way. Another illegal practice is retaliation for contacting a state agency or other “whistleblowing.” Not every form of mistreatment can be the basis for a suit. California is an “at will” state meaning that you can be fired for no reason so long as it is not an illegal reason.
